I changed my mind; can I return my purchase?
All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to management discretion. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Vervante or jc.dwyer directly. Because we are a small boutique shop, items cannot be returned or exchanged after 14 days from the receipt of the original order. Due to COVID-19 items must be returned and be in their original packaging. IN THE US: The cost of the original shipment will not be refunded, however, a return shipping label will be provided for any products you are not 100% satisfied for items returned within the 14 days from original purchase period. IN CANADA: The cost of the original shipment will not be refunded, and though the item once received will be fully refunded, the cost of the return shipping will not be. What is your privacy policy?
The information you provide such as shipping address, phone number, and items ordered will remain private and will not be shared with other individuals or companies and only used for the purpose of you receiving the items you ordered. You will only be contacted for questions regarding your order. You will only receive other communications if you have requested them by signing up for newsletters or announcements. Our site is hosted by SquareSpace and according to their Privacy Policy for End User’s Payment Information, they state “We don’t collect or store your End Users’ payment information”. Third-party service providers, such as payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in that should be reviewed by you in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
What do if I receive a damaged product?
If you received directly from this site, please contact us directly. Vervante Publishing says “We will gladly replace or refund defective or damaged products. If you purchased a product from one of our authors and Vervante did not process the credit card transaction, you should check with the author first on their return policy. If we receive a return for a product not sold by Vervante but produced and shipped on behalf of one of our authors, we will notify the author of the return.”
